When we first started in 2023, we noticed all the companies who did auto detail collected full payment in advance, and it's still like that in most places today. This is something that we like to avoid as we want you, our client, to feel that we have performed work that is worthy of the payment we are asking for. At the same time, we require do a small $50 security deposit which goes towards the detail cost, this is to cover our expense in the event you cancelled the appointment. You'll pay the remaining balance when the service is completed. Reschedules are always free.
